This strong looking filly is by Liam’s Map, a record breaking son of Unbridled’s Song. The stallion won races like The Woodward, the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile, and the Harlan’s Holiday Stakes. The mare, Garnet Crystals, is a daughter of Lion Heart who won three of her 18 starts. The pedigree on the filly shows some inbreeding to Mr. Prospector (5Sx4Dx5D) and Hail to Reason (5Dx5D). The Mr. Prospector comes through sons Fappiano, Silver Ghost, and daughter Yarn. There is influence from Northern Dancer through Storm Bird. There is influence from Secretariat through daughter Terlingua, the dam of Storm Cat. There is additional influence from Forty Niner, Valid Appeal (son of In Reality), Ta Wee, and Damascus. This colt, who obviously loves to get four off the floor already, is by globe conquering stallion War Front, who stands at Claiborne Farm. War Front, as a racehorse, won the Alfred G. Vanderbilt (Gr. II) and placed in races like the Forego, Vosburg, Tom Fool, among others. The mare, Upperline, has produced War Secretary, a stakes winning son of War Front, making this colt a full to him. The mare also has a 2YO of 2017 by Tapit named Snowfire. Upperline herself was a multiple graded stakes, winning the Arlington Matron (Gr. III) and the Bewitch (Gr. III), among other minor stakes. The pedigree shows inbreeding to Northern Dancer (3Sx6Sx5D), Nijinsky II (5Sx4D), and Round Table (5Sx5D). There is additional influence from Mr. Prospector through Fappiano, Mill Reef, and Buckpasser. Overall, this colt should be able to handle any distance on the turf. This energetic colt is by top turf stallion in the United States, Kitten’s Joy. Kitten’s Joy, as a racehorse, won races like the Joe Hirsch Classic (Gr. I), Secretariat (Gr. I), among multiple other stakes. As a stallion, he has sired horses like Oscar Performance, Big Blue Kitten, Stephanie’s Kitten, Bobby’s Kitten, and Divisidero. The pedigree on this colt shows inbreeding to Northern Dancer (4Sx4Dx5D), Nearctic (5Sx5D), Natalma (5Sx5D), Roberto (4Sx4D), Hail to Reason (5Sx5D), Bramalea (5Sx5D). This colt by Daredevil, a top young horse who won the Grade One Champagne at age two. the son of More Than Ready has his first foals this year. The mare, Awesome Mama, was a four-time winner in twelve starts. The pedigree on the colt has inbreeding to Halo (4Sx5S), Northern Dancer (5Sx5D), Mr. Prospector (4Sx5Sx5D), and Lassie Dear (5Dx5D). Lassie Dear is the dam of Weekend Surprise, a blue hen who produced Summer Squall, A.P. Indy, among others, and Deerhound. The Northern Dancer blood comes through daughter Northern Sea, sons Vice Regent, and Danzig (in the fifth generation). The Mr. Prospector comes through sons Forty Niner, Woodman, and daughter Prime Prospector, 2nd dam of Awesome Again. There is additional influence from Tom Rolfe, Seattle Slew, and Blushing Groom. This sweet little girl is by Spiral Stakes winner We Miss Artie. The stallion won on both turf and dirt and was best around two turns. The mare, Carousel (GB), is a daughter of Pivotal (GB), a group one winner overseas. The pedigree on this filly shows inbreeding to Sadler’s Wells (4Sx3D), Northern Dancer (5Sx4Dx5D), Fairy Bridge (5Sx5D), Natalma (5Dx5D), and Special (5Dx5D). Natalma is not only the dam of Northern Dancer but also Spring Adieu, the foals 4th dam. Special is the dam of both Nureyev (son of Northern Dancer) and Fairy Bridge (dam of Sadler’s Wells). Nureyev and Sadler’s Wells are 3/4 siblings. As a stallion, The Factor sired horses like Noted and Quoted, Fact Finding, and Multiplier. The mare, Amber Grace, was a two-time winner, both times at 8.5 furlongs on the turf. The pedigree of the colt is a similar cross as Noted a Quoted (The Factor-City Zip) and Delphinia (The Factor-Roar). There is inbreeding on the colt that includes Northern Dancer (4Sx4Dx5D), Nearctic (5Sx5Sx5D), Natalma (5Sx5D), Mr. Prospector (4Sx4D), Raise a Native (5Sx5D), and Gold Digger (5Sx5D). This little guy is by champion stallion Distorted Humor, who stands at WinStar Farm for $80,000. As a stallion, the horse has sired classic runners like Drosselmeyer (2010 Belmont, 2011 BCC), Funny Cide (2003 Kentucky Derby-Preakness), Flower Alley (2005 Travers), and Hystericalady (MGSW), among many others. The mare, La Boheme, never won a race. As a broodmare, she only has a 3YO by Exchange Rate and unnamed Pioneerof the Nile 2YO. The pedigree on the colt shows inbreeding to only Northern Dancer (4Sx5D). The Northern Dancer comes through sons Storm Bird and Danzig. There is additional influence from Mr. Prospector through Forty Niner, the sire of Distorted Humor. There is additional influence from In Reality, Damascus, Rahy, Hail to Reason, and Tom Rolfe. Itsmyluckyday was a top racehorse who won 9 of 21 starts and finished in the top three 15 times out of 21 starts.  The filly is out of the Pyramid Peak mare, Pyramyst. The mare was a stakes winner who won 23 of her 66 starts, and finished in the top three in 48 of those 66 starts. The pedigree on the filly has inbreed to Mr. Prospector (5Sx5D) and Secretariat (5Sx4D). The Mr. Prospector comes through sons Mogambo and Crafty Prospector while the Secretariat comes through daughter Viva Sec, 3rd dam of Itsmyluckyday, and General Assembly. The pedigree on the colt shows inbreeding to Northern Dancer (5Sx4D) and Secretariat (4Sx5S). The Northern Dancer comes through sons Storm Bird and Nijinsky II while the Secretariat comes through daughters Weekend Surprise and Terlingua, two of his most influential. The pedigree also has influence from Graustark, Devil’s Bag (son of Halo), Mr. Prospector (sire of Serena’s Tune, daughter of Serena’s Song), Buckpasser, and Seattle Slew (sire of A.P. Indy). Overall, this colt possibly could be a turf or dirt runner, who should have no issue with two turns.
